Ethical responsibility

Eigenrac recognizes its ethical responsibility to both its people and clients. All employees undergo thorough vetting, briefing, training, and mentoring before any operational deployment to ensure they are fit for their roles, equipped, and informed to manage security risks. We align with international Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment standards, including ISO 45001:2018.

Community support and engagement

Eigenrac understands that our operations can impact both people and infrastructure in the communities we work in. We strive to engage with local communities, fostering strong relationships through the development of local talent and infrastructure, and providing employment where possible. Our motto is, “Where the project meets the community, the community secures the project.”

Environmental awareness

At Eigenrac, we recognize the importance of the environment and support the global goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. We are committed to climate change awareness and fully support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies to mitigate global warming risks. We align our practices with the Environmental Management ISO 14001:2004 standards, implementing these criteria wherever we operate.

Due Diligence

The Eigenrac due diligence process consists of five mandatory and thorough stages designed to mitigate risks when conducting business with suppliers, subcontractors, and external organizations. These stages include financial checks (accounts/tax returns), verification of company registration, licenses, and ownership background, assessment of company policies and procedures, review of accreditations and certificates, and a comprehensive risk assessment. This process has helped Eigenrac reduce associated risks and loss, while we continue to monitor and evolve it in response to technological advancements, industry best practices, and emerging threats.
